Advanced High School Management System
BCCI utilizes a state-of-the-art digital infrastructure to ensure a transparent, secure, and highly communicative learning environment. Our physical registration process securely integrates every student into this ecosystem.
- Student Portal: Access assignments, schedules, grades, and digital resources.
- Parent Portal: Monitor academic progress, attendance, and receive direct administrative communications.
The In-Person Admission Process
To guarantee data security and proper integration into our management system, all official registrations are strictly conducted on campus. We do not accept online applications.
Initial Contact
Reach out to our admissions office to schedule your registration appointment and request the exact list of requirements.
Document Submission
Visit the campus administration office to submit physical copies of all required legal and academic documents for verification.
Digital Capture
During on-campus registration, our staff will take a live digital passport-sized photograph of the student for their official system ID.
Portal Activation
Once registered, secure login credentials for the Student and Parent Portals are generated and handed over directly to the family.
Required Documents
Please ensure you bring the following original legal and academic documents to your on-campus registration appointment:
- Academic Records: Official transcripts, report cards, and behavioral records from the student's previous school.
- Legal Identification: A certified copy of the student's birth certificate or official passport.
- Medical Records: Current immunization records and any relevant medical action plans.
- Physical Presence: The student must be present during registration for the digital ID photograph.
Important: Registration cannot be completed without the student present to take their digital profile photo for the management system.
